Planning your smoothies ahead of time if you have a busy schedule is a great and convenient way to incorporate your daily recommended amount of vitamins, minerals, and protein into your diet.  You can freeze them in small Ziploc bags and that way they’re ready to be prepared with less of a hassle. Here are some ideas to get started today!

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups spinach
